Return & Exchange Policy
Non-Refundable Items:
The following items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds:
• Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. If earrings are purchased as a gift, please contact us for further assistance.
• Store Credit & Gift Cards: Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Bespoke Pieces: Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gifts:
• Gifts are not refundable but can be exchanged for a different item or store credit of equal value.
• If a gift was purchased at sale price, the store credit amount will reflect the purchase price at the time of sale.
Exchanges for Gifts:
If you received a gift and need to exchange it, please reach out to us with the gift details and we will do our best to assist.
